Although old photos are rich in history and, without doubt, an absolute treasure in themselves, they only show us what our ancestors looked like, the fashions of the day and give us a glimpse of the era they lived in.

Our family history research gives us facts only. No matter how much research we do, there is some information that no amount of research will uncover, no archive will hold. We will never have the answer to some of our most burning questions.

What was their personality, were they happy, sad, arrogant, pleasant?

Did they smoke, drink, what hobbies did they have, where did they go on holiday?

How tall were they, what was the colour of their eyes, hair ( most old photographs are black and white after all )?
What was their favourite colour, food, what were their hopes and dreams, how did events of the day impact on them as individuals? The list goes on.

Do not leave your descendants frustrated. Let them know the details through your
scrapbooking today
- for all your tomorrows.
